1. Processing & Dispatch

All items are handmade to order. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (UK)

We ship across the United Kingdom. Delivery times after dispatch are typically:

- Standard: 2–5 working days

- Tracked: 1–3 working days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

3. Ireland & International Shipping

We ship to Ireland and select international destinations. Delivery times vary by country. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged upon delivery — these are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

4. Tracked Shipping

Where tracked shipping is selected or included, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

5. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at [your email address]. We will do our best to investigate with the courier, but please note we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

6. Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will work with you to find a resolution.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply.

8. Packaging

We take care to package all artwork and textiles securely to protect them in transit. We also aim to use sustainable packaging where possible.
