Thank you for supporting handmade, original art. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final – One-of-a-Kind Items Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our cyanotype artworks, vintage clothing, and textile pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or significantly not as described.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email address] with:

Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement (where possible), store credit, or a full refund at our discretion.

Custom & Personalised Orders Custom commissions and personalised pieces are non-refundable once production has begun.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already started and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Return Shipping Where a return is approved, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal If you are based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with EU Directive 2023/2673. Please contact us to initiate this process
